BTB has a dedicated and customer oriented team of Project Managers for domestic and international projects. This team has the experience of crating more than 50 references all over the world.

The Projects Team is responsible for the project right from the receipt of the order till the commissioning & handing over the Plant to customers. The Project Manager handles all techno-commercial matters, coordinates internally with other departments, monitors all the work at construction site including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, painting, and insulation and finishing.
